Rachel's First Haircut

Tuesday (May 18th) Rachel went to Jane's salon to get her first haircut. Jane is a special lady for the Skiles Family. She has now cut 4 generations of hair in Rachel's family! (Great Gma Skiles, Gma Skiles, Daddy, and now Rachel!) She also now does Momma's hair and did the hair for our wedding! We have fun going to see her! Rachel did better then we expected, and got a style too! She's a big girl now!

For Sure A Boy!

Last week we were blessed to get to see Noah again. And in the first pic it absolutely confirms he is a boy (as if there was any question!) He was moving around a lot the day the sono was done, but still had time to pose for pics.

Happy Anniversary!

We were married 4 years ago today! I can't believe how the time has flown and how different our lives are now then they were then! But we love every minute! Daddy has a "surprise" weekend planned that I know nothing about, so I will have to post pics and the news about "celebrating" our anniversary when we get back Saturday. Until then...Happy Anniversary Brett! I love and don't know what I'd do without you!

Riverfest Fun!

When Momma was a little girl all her sisters, Gma Oakley, and GGma spent an entire Saturday at the Riverfestival downtown. As we have gotten older and had kids of our own we don't go the entire day, but I wanted Rachel to get in on a little of the fun! Her first time at Riverfest was a blast for her and Momma!! Even if it did rain a little!

This was a horseshoe ministry. The horseshoe has John 3:16 and her name on it. A church was giving these out for free! Very neat idea!

No better theme for a boy named Noah! We purchased the bedding this evening and absolutely love it!
